Compliance Training Designer

A leading global digital platform is seeking a Compliance Training Designer to join its Payments Compliance team on a 12-month contract.

This role will focus on creating clear, engaging training content to support onboarding and help employees understand and practise key processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to turn complex compliance information into accessible learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for a range of Payments Compliance processes.
• Create onboarding materials that help employees practise key tasks.
• Build engaging e-learning content using Rise 360.
• Develop clear, step-by-step learning resources from complex information.
• Gain an understanding of relevant compliance processes and regulatory obligations.
• Review feedback and make improvements to existing training content.
• Work with stakeholders to coordinate and communicate training launches.
• Manage learning projects independently and deliver against agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning design or e-learning development.
• Experience using Rise 360.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Experience creating training content for onboarding or business processes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging learning content.
