Overview
Senior Program & Community Manager (9-Month Contract) — London, UK (Hybrid). Full-time, 40 hrs/week | Start: 20 Oct 2025.
Are you passionate about building vibrant developer communities and driving impactful programs? We’re looking for a Senior Program & Community Manager to join the Developer Relations team (EMEA). In this role, you’ll combine strategic program management with community engagement to help developers succeed and accelerate adoption of client services.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for developer-focused programs & events
- Manage complex cross-functional initiatives to amplify Developer Advocates’ impact
- Track success with dashboards, metrics & reporting
- Streamline workflows, optimize processes, and manage budgets & vendors
- Align developer programs with broader business goals
- Community Management (50%)
- Own and scale the User Groups program across EMEA sub-regions
- Build strong relationships with community leaders & members
- Support and deliver Community Days & developer-led events
- Track and grow community health metrics
- Establish feedback loops between developers and internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years program/project management experience
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Strong track record managing complex programs & stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience engaging with technical communities
Nice to have
- Experience with international, remote teams
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, JIRA, Salesforce, Marketo
