A global professional services organisation is looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their growing HR Reward team based in London.
You will play a key role in annual renewals, benefits communications, employee engagement initiatives and reward-related projects, while helping to ensure the firm’s benefits offering remains competitive and aligned to business strategy.
- Support the delivery and management of global employee benefits programmes
- Drive engagement with the total reward offering through creative communications and initiatives
- Analyse benefits data and provide insights to support decision making
- Maintain benefits policies, documentation and compliance processes
- Assist with wider reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Previous experience within a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Benefits Advisor role is required. Strong Excel and data analysis capability is essential. Experience within professional services, legal or corporate environments would be advantageous.
