We are currently supporting a leading global tech brand in the search for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join their London team on a short-term temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders. Previous experience working in Global Tech or AI could be highly advantageous.

You will provide high-level administrative support to executives, teams and site leadership, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and wider business initiatives:

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Supporting culture initiatives, employee engagement activities and business projects
  • Building strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders

Previous experience as an Administrative Business Partner, Executive Assistant or similar support professional is required, along with experience within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment. You must be available to start immediately.
