We're supporting a leading global technology organisation on the appointment of a Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new candidate experience platform integrated with an enterprise recruitment ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, AI, and Digital Experience, helping to deliver a modern, engaging recruitment journey for candidates.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a candidate experience transformation programme, including the implementation of career sites, AI-powered candidate engagement tools, and integrations with existing recruitment systems.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Product, Technology and third-party vendors, you will ensure successful delivery from requirements gathering through to testing, launch and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new career site and candidate engagement platform.
  • Manage integrations between recruitment systems to ensure seamless data flow and candidate tracking.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Partner with design, product and technical teams to define candidate journeys, user flows and digital experiences.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and go-live readiness activities.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and reduce recruitment process friction.
  • Support change management, training and adoption activities.

About You

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years' experience delivering digital projects, software implementations or technology transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing web platforms, SaaS products, digital applications or customer-facing technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, governance and reporting.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Experience leading UAT, testing and release activities.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with ATS, Recruitment Technology or HR Technology platforms.
  • Experience delivering career sites, candidate portals or customer-facing digital journeys.
  • Knowledge of Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, iCIMS or similar platforms.
  • Experience with chatbot, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs and data synchronisation between systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital platform development environments.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
