We're supporting a leading professional services organisation in the search for a Senior Manager to play a key role in shaping technology, data and AI capability across the business. This is a strategic role within Learning & Talent, focused on identifying future skills requirements, developing impactful learning solutions and helping drive AI fluency and adoption across a large, complex organisation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead the development of learning initiatives that equip employees with the skills needed to succeed in an evolving digital landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering technology, data and AI learning strategies
  • Identifying capability gaps and future skills requirements
  • Supporting organisation-wide AI fluency and adoption initiatives
  • Partnering with senior business leaders to align learning with business priorities
  • Designing innovative learning programmes and capability-building initiatives
  • Measuring programme effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
  • Managing relationships with external learning providers and internal stakeholders
