As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you’ll be a central partner within the Talent Acquisition team.
You’ll manage complex global scheduling, act as the face of the organisation during onsite and virtual interview days, and maintain the data excellence that enables smarter hiring decisions.
You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, strengthening communication, and ensuring our operations scale effectively.
- Serve as a reliable, friendly point of contact for candidates at all stages.
- Host onsite and virtual interview days, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
- Deliver consistent, human‑centred communications, including thoughtful and empathetic updates.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across time zones and disciplines, resolving last‑minute changes with confidence and calm.
- Own data accuracy within the ATS, ensuring information, scorecards, and workflows are always up to standard.
- Analyse candidate feedback and partner with Talent Leads to turn insights into meaningful improvements.
- Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proactively recommending and trialling new approaches.
- Support the documentation of TA processes, helping build scalable, clear, repeatable workflows.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and specific business groups to gain deep context on the roles you support.
- Help streamline collaboration across the TA function, ensuring consistency and quality as the team grows.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
