Property Manager - Global - 12 month FTC 📍 West London (Hybrid – minimum 2/3 days in the office) 💼 Permanent | Full-Time Salary : £ 80,000 pa Start : ASAP We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of workplace transformation and property portfolio optimisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing a multi-site property portfolio, driving cost-saving initiatives, leading office relocations, and ensuring workplaces are aligned with current and future business needs. The Opportunity You will take ownership of property strategy across a large international office portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise space utilisation, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support major workplace change projects. Key areas of responsibility include: Property portfolio management and rationalisation Delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements Leading office moves, relocations and consolidation projects Managing landlord, supplier and contractor relationships Contract negotiation and tender processes Budget management, financial analysis and reporting Developing business cases and strategic property recommendations Supporting workplace transformation and change management initiatives About You You'll bring: Significant experience in property, workplace, facilities or estates management A strong track record of delivering commercial savings and operational improvements Experience managing office relocations and workplace change programmes Excellent supplier and contract management skills Strong financial and budget management capability Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills Professional qualification such as IWFM, MRICS or equivalent (desirable) What's on Offer?
