This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced global benefits professional who enjoys both the strategic side of reward and getting properly into the detail. You’ll be working across multiple international locations, helping to shape and evolve global benefits and pensions, while also taking ownership of the operational side - from renewals, vendors and compliance through to employee communications, HRIS and process improvement.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 8+ years’ experience in employee benefits, ideally across multiple countries
  • Strong experience designing and delivering global benefits and pension programmes
  • Excellent knowledge of international benefits legislation and market practice
  • Hands-on experience across vendor management, renewals, payroll links, HRIS and benefits operations
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to inform decisions
  • Experience with Workday would be highly beneficial
  • Exposure to automation or AI within HR/Reward would be a real advantage
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be a plus

This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable working in a complex, fast-moving environment. You’ll need to be able to influence senior stakeholders, challenge where appropriate and take genuine ownership of your work.
