Career Moves Group I B Corp™ in London is seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to broaden their remit across compensation, benefits and reward projects within a collaborative, high-performing team. The role is hybrid in London, reporting to the Head of Reward and mentoring Junior Analysts and Administrators.
You will own key compensation processes, conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis, produce reward modelling, and partner with HR Business Partners to drive pay advice and benefits.
