An exciting opportunity to join a global media brand and take real ownership of their international benefits landscape. This is a hands-on, build-and-fix role for someone who enjoys coming into a complex environment, getting under the bonnet and making things work better.
You’ll be responsible for bringing structure and clarity across global benefits, reviewing what’s currently in place, building robust tracking and processes, improving their benefits platform, managing providers and identifying where benefits and ways of working need to change.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 12+ years’ employee benefits experience
- Strong global and multi-country benefits experience
- Hands-on experience across benefits operations, providers, renewals and HRIS
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Experience building from scratch
- Improving processes and building trackers
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Workday experience is a plus
This is ideal for someone who loves building, fixing and improving, rather than simply maintaining an established programme. There is potential for the role to extend or become permanent, although this is not guaranteed.
