Are you comfortable with an office environment but keen to be more involved in customer service and support whilst learning the essential daily operations of a busy sales department? Probably you will be looking for a more interesting and varied role within the secure framework of a traditional business with a history of proven sales success both in the UK and internationally?
We are a local electrical distributor and are proud to be celebrating our 50year anniversary a trading history built on top-level customer service to a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors. As youd expect, we have big ambitions for our next phase of growth and this role will need a significant player in delivering those plans.
We will work together to develop your customer service skills and broaden your knowledgeofthebusinessenvironmentinwhichweoperateaswellasbuildingresilience into your daily routine. After a couple of years in the job you will have experience of the full range of customer types and learn how to turn problem scenarios into winning sales strategies!

Your day today responsibilities
Key duties will include:
– Sales order processing
– Sales support administration
– Dealing within coming calls and customer enquiries
– Producing quotes or clients and follow-up verbally through to completion
– Maximising the potential of new and existing clients
– Contacting lapsed accounts to gain current trading information.
– Updating CRM software with relevant information
– Liaising with the manufacturers sales departments
