PLEASE only apply if you have electrical wholesale experience. Market leading electrical wholesaler looking to recruit a professional industry experienced branch manager. We are keen to hear from driven and ambitious individuals looking for a management role to effectively run your own business within their decentralised business model. You will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will want to build first class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well organised business to allow you to generate Profit Sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do.
Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Drive activity to produce profitable sales
- Actively develop new business opportunities
- Manage team performance
- Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
- Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data
