We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Opportunity Support
- Researching and qualifying inbound leads against basic criteria
- Maintaining and updating lead and contact records in the CRM
- Assigning or routing leads to appropriate sales representatives
- Monitoring shared inboxes for sales enquiries and responding to standard queries
- Quoting & Order Processing
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and order forms
- Entering orders accurately into internal systems
- Coordinating with operations, production, or logistics teams to confirm lead times
- Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers
- Marketing & Engagement
- Create and schedule social media content; respond to engagement.
- Support LinkedIn activity and networking campaigns.
- Assist with marketing projects, including trade show data research, sample send out and contact list building.
- Sales Enablement
- Supporting campaigns with outbound calling and email follow-ups
- Collecting customer feedback and relaying insights to the sales team

Requirements
