Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.

- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recruitment advice and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
