We are recruiting experienced Registered Managers to lead adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a leadership role within a growing and supportive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff performance. The role involves overseeing care delivery, leading and developing teams, managing referrals and occupancy, and ensuring services operate in line with CQC standards and organisational policies. You will work closely with senior leadership while promoting a positive culture focused on dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for the individuals supported.
Requirements
- Previous management experience within adult residential care or supported living
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC standards
- Leadership experience managing teams and service performance
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
