About the Role

Our client provides specialist residential care for children aged 11-17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, exploitation, or have learning difficulties. They are now seeking a committed Registered Manager to lead their Winsford home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
