About the Role
Our client provides specialist residential care for children aged 11-17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, exploitation, or have learning difficulties. They are now seeking a committed Registered Manager to lead their Winsford home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Support and develop the care team through supervision and training
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience working with children with emotional/behavioural difficulties

- Proven success in achieving a minimum 'Good' Ofsted rating
- Full UK driving licence
