CareerMakers Recruitment are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our client based in Wigan, WN5. We are looking for someone with the relevant experience in the following:
- Proving out new programs and setting and operating CNC machinery for both large and small batch work.
- Must have knowledge of working with various materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all departments and functions.
- This job may entail working on more than one machine within the machine shop.
- Machine cleaning and maintenance.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate and practice common sense. Showing initiative and forward thinking. Be hungry to learn, continually develop and take on more responsibility with a problem-solving approach to technical issues. Hard working and willing to put the time in where needed.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4pm, Friday 7:30am - 3pm.
Salary: £18 per hour.
