CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy client in Golborne, WA3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Nurture, maintain, and maximise revenue opportunities with our well-established existing customer base.
- Business Development: Identify, review, and proactively develop relationships with prospective new customers.
- Inbound Management: Act as the first point of contact by promptly responding to incoming phone and email enquiries.
- Bespoke Quotations: Prepare detailed, high-quality commercial proposals and custom quotations for management approval and client presentation.
- Client Engagement: Occasionally travel to conduct face-to-face customer site visits to strengthen key commercial accounts.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Account Management: Proven experience managing commercial accounts and driving customer retention.
- Field Sales: Prior experience in field sales or a willingness to travel for client facing meetings is highly advantageous.
- Workload Prioritisation: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage own diary and multi-task under pressure.
- Communication & Service: Outstanding customer service skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication.
- Technical Literacy: Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, order quoting, and administrative tasks to meet critical project deadlines.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm, Friday: 9am - 5pm
Pay rate: £26,000 - £28,000
