About the Role

Careermakers Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a client seeking a results-driven, Polish-speaking Account Manager & Sales Executive to join their growing remote team. This is a sales-first role with a strong focus on business development, revenue generation, and client growth. You will take ownership of accounts while actively identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through proactive outreach and lead conversion
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with a focus on revenue expansion
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise retention and spend
  • Turn inbound and outbound conversations into qualified sales opportunities

  • Fluent Polish (essential) written and spoken
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
