We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-regarded construction business. This is a great opportunity for a QS with a few years of solid site-based experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, supported by an experienced commercial team.

The role involves working within an established commercial function, assisting in the management of subcontractor packages, preparing valuations and applications for payment, and supporting cost reporting across a range of construction projects. You will be given real responsibility and the room to grow.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in a QS role within a contracting environment
  • Comfortable with subcontractor management, variations, and valuations
  • Residential or housing experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Ambitious, organised, and keen to develop within a supportive team

Salary & benefits:
