We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction business for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in housing and residential schemes who is looking for a stable, long-term role with a respected employer.

The role involves taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams, managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within housing or residential construction
  • SMSTS qualified (essential)
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of programme management
  • Locally based within a commutable distance of St Asaph (preferred)

Salary & benefits:
