Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager (Nurse qualified) for a small, reputable nursing home located in the heart of Faversham. With a GOOD CQC rating and a stable, long-standing care team, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home while leading and supporting a dedicated team.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring safe, person-centred care in line with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Manage, support and develop care and nursing teams, maintaining staffing levels and promoting a positive, compliant culture.
  • Oversee quality, compliance and performance, including audits, safeguarding, care planning, and liaison with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

  • Previous Registered Manager experience within a nursing home setting
  • Qualified RGN or RMN (essential)
