CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Preston, PR5. This role requires:
- Overseeing the daily activities of warehouse workers.
- Ensuring all staff are working efficiently and safely.
- Organizing the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is safe and complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Training new staff on warehouse processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Performing regular inspections of goods in the warehouse.
- Monitoring performance metrics such as order accuracy, shipment times, and productivity.
- FLT licence is desirable but not essential.
Working hours:
- Monday - Thursday, 08:30AM-17:00PM
- Friday, 08:30AM - 04:30PM
Payrate: £27,000 - £30,000
