Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join their childrens residential home in Liverpool. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about making a difference to young people aged 10-18 with complex needs.
The Role: You will supervise and support residential care staff, lead activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of care staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and home management
- Support young people in daily routines and activities
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working in childrens residential care
- Leadership or team-leading experience
