Salary: £14.83 per hour + sleep-ins (£60 each 10 per month)

Hours: Full-time, 162.5 contracted hours per month

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join their childrens residential home in Liverpool. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about making a difference to young people aged 10-18 with complex needs.

The Role: You will supervise and support residential care staff, lead activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a small team of care staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling and home management
  • Support young people in daily routines and activities
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience working in childrens residential care
  • Leadership or team-leading experience
  • Understanding of SEMH, EBD, or challenging behaviours
