We are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader looking to progress within a supportive organisation offering clear development opportunities into Deputy Manager roles.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the service, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The role involves supporting adults with daily living, wellbeing, independence, safeguarding, and community engagement while ensuring care plans and records are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
