We're seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Deeside. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing construction sites
- Strong background in site management
- SMSTS certification (or equivalent)
- CSCS Manager card
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Timber frame experience
Key responsibilities:
- Manage site from bare land/cleared site to end of project
- Overseeing the full process from groundworks and foundations, steel frame/structural build, cladding, roofing and internal fit out
- Reporting back to higher managers
