The Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Shift Manager will lead all outbound warehouse activities, including Picking, Packing, and Despatch. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and safely while driving performance, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Warehouse Supervisors, Team Leaders, Operatives, and agency staff across outbound operations.
- Allocate workloads effectively across Picking, Packing, and Despatch.
