CareerMakers are recruiting for an experienced IPAF Instructor on behalf of our client based in Shepperton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who not only enjoys delivering high-quality training, but is also looking to progress into a management role over time.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IPAF operator training (3a, 3b, PAV etc.)
  • Conduct practical and theory-based assessments
  • Ensure compliance with IPAF and HSE standards
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification paperwork
  • Issue IPAF PAL Cards / licences to successful candidates in line with IPAF regulations
  • Support development of junior trainers (future progression)
  • Assist in scheduling and course planning

  • Valid IPAF Instructor qualification
  • Registered and approved to deliver IPAF training and issue PAL licences
  • Strong MEWP operational experience
  • Confident delivering classroom and practical sessions
