CareerMakers are recruiting for an experienced IPAF Instructor on behalf of our client based in Shepperton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who not only enjoys delivering high-quality training, but is also looking to progress into a management role over time.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IPAF operator training (3a, 3b, PAV etc.)
- Conduct practical and theory-based assessments
- Ensure compliance with IPAF and HSE standards
- Maintain accurate training records and certification paperwork
- Issue IPAF PAL Cards / licences to successful candidates in line with IPAF regulations
- Support development of junior trainers (future progression)
- Assist in scheduling and course planning
What We're Looking For:
- Valid IPAF Instructor qualification
- Registered and approved to deliver IPAF training and issue PAL licences
- Strong MEWP operational experience
- Confident delivering classroom and practical sessions
- Organised, professional and client-facing
- Ambition to progress into a Training Manager / Lead Instructor role
