Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
- Monitor and manage residents' care plans, ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are met.
- Lead team communication, coordinating tasks and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Requirements as a Team Leader:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Minimum of 1 year Senior Care Assistant experience within a care home
- Full driving licence & own a car
