We are looking for an experienced Vacuum Former Setter Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting and operating vacuum forming machines, changing tooling, adjusting machine settings, and producing quality plastic components to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate vacuum forming machines
- Change tools, moulds, and fixtures
- Adjust machine settings and monitor production runs
- Carry out quality checks on finished parts
- Record production and downtime information
- Report faults and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Follow health & safety and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous vacuum forming or thermoforming experience
- Good mechanical aptitude and machine setting experience
