Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / Registered Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive positive outcomes for the people in your care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals in your care
  • Oversee smooth transitions and admissions for new residents
  • Monitor team performance and drive professional development
  • Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role, or strong team leader ready to step up
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care
