Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive positive outcomes for the people in your care.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee smooth transitions and admissions for new residents
- Monitor team performance and drive professional development
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role, or strong team leader ready to step up
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care
