Service Delivery Manager Community Complex Care Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / Registered Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care.
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time contract with pension contributions

- Lead and support day-to-day operations across community homes
- Ensure compliance with CQC, Ofsted, and organisational policies

Minimum 2 years experience in a management role, or strong team leader ready to step up. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Patience, resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
