Senior Residential Support Worker Childrens Homes Lead, support, and inspire young lives to reach their full potential Location: Newcastle NE3, NE4, NE63 Salary: £13.27 per hour dependent on experience + £60 per sleep Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins A well-established and growing provider of residential care for children and young people is seeking an experienced and committed Senior Residential Support Worker. The organisation provides safe, nurturing homes for children with emotional and behavioural needs and is dedicated to helping every young person build a stable, positive future. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will take on a leadership role within the home, supporting both the children and the wider staff team. Youll lead by example, provide guidance to junior staff, and play a key part in maintaining high standards of care.
