About the Role

Our client provides specialist residential care for children affected by emotional and behavioural difficulties due to neglect, abuse, or trauma. They are looking for a skilled Senior Residential Care Worker to help lead care teams and support young people in their Chorley homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and safeguard young people, acting as a positive role model
  • Supervise care staff and manage daily operations
  • Plan and lead shifts, ensuring quality care delivery
  • Attend reviews and represent young people's interests
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development
  • Deputise for the Registered or Deputy Manager when needed
