Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring safe, person-centred care and CQC compliance.
- Recruit, lead and develop the team through effective coaching, supervision and performance management.
- Drive occupancy, quality and operational performance while managing budgets and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Previous Registered Management experience within a care setting
- NVQL Level 4 or 5 or willing to work towards
