We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our friendly team at our well-established 55-bed general nursing home in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role of Registered Nurse:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote the highest standards of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Lead and support care staff during shifts
- Liaise with GPs, community healthcare teams, residents, and relatives
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
What We're Looking For in our Registered Nurse:
- Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
