Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holidays: 200 hours + bank holidays

Overview: We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Southport. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations and legislation
  • Lead, support, and develop the staff team
  • Ensure care plans are implemented and regularly reviewed
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for young people
  • Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing
  • Liaise with professionals and external agencies
  • Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and record keeping
  • Complete Regulation 44’s residential care

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted and relevant legislation
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Level 5 (or willingness to work towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
