About the Role

My client is a passive fire protection company based in Coventry offering services such as structural fire stopping, cavity barriers, fire door installation, and compartmentation surveys. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join the team and support the delivery of passive fire protection projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coventry.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of cost control, planning, and reporting across a range of projects. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial success and compliance of our fire protection services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
