CareerMakers are looking to recruit a Quality Controller to join our team within a busy plastics manufacturing environment in the Winsford area, CW7 .
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials and finished products
- Record and report any quality issues or non-conformities
- Carry out basic lab/testing procedures as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
- Support production with quality-related queries and checks
- Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and relevant departments
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to quality control
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quality control or similar role (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Able to follow processes and work independently
- Basic computer and admin skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Salary – GBP13ph to GBP15ph depending on experience
Shift times – Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
