Duties:
- Developing a robust production schedule, ensuring customer demand is met, whilst considering production optimization
- Ensuring labour requirements are met and shortages are communicated where required.
- Evaluating raw material and all other bill of material requirements to ensure everything is in place to meet production requirements.
- Tracking and reporting the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule. Liaising with all departments and communicating any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate production and supplier performance, recommend improvement to any areas which are directly impacting the planning process/performance
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production schedules as needed, ensuring schedules are such as to ensure production optimization
Shift Pattern:
- Monday xiskglj Thursday & Friday
- No Weekends
