CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operatives to join our client based in Preston, PR2 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The handling and weighing of liquids and powders.
- The blending of adhesive and binders.
- The accurate weighing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Stock control.
- Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.
- Labelling and dispensing completed batch production.
- The accurate completion of internal documentation.
- Loading of completed goods and unloading of incoming goods using fork lift trucks.
- Ensuring that both equipment and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle competing demands and priorities.
- A hard work ethic and a natural team player.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Pay rate: £26,500
