Production Manager in Preston, Lancashire

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Production Manager on behalf of our client based in Preston, PR2 area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Manage production staff including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
• Analyse production data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain inventory of materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.

Working hours:Mon – Fri, 8am – 4pm

Payrate:£40K Per annum
