An experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead a well-established elderly care service.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, team development, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities for the home manager include
- Lead and develop a high-performing care team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and industry standards.
- Deliver outstanding person-centred care.

About You
- Previous experience managing a nursing and/or residential care home.

- NMC registration desirable but not essential.
