The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service excellence and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
  • Work closely with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates on time
  • Manage job briefs, advertise roles, shortlist CVs, and coordinate interviews
  • Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell other recruitment services
  • Ensure ATS and CRM systems are up to date with accurate information
