About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing business development team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities and booking appointments for our senior management and recruitment teams across multiple sectors. You will play a key role in introducing Careermakers to new businesses, identifying recruitment opportunities, and arranging meetings with decision-makers across the UK.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Outbound business development calls to potential clients
  • Booking appointments for senior consultants and management
  • Building relationships with new and existing businesses
  • Researching companies and identifying decision-makers
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting sales campaigns across multiple sectors
