We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Junior Graduate Buyer to join our Women's Apparel team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a successful career within fashion buying. Working closely with Senior Buyers and Merchandising teams, you will support the development of seasonal product ranges, analyse market trends, and help drive commercial performance across the women's fashion category. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Buying team in developing and delivering women's apparel ranges.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis.
  • Assist with supplier communication and relationship management.
  • Prepare product selection presentations and range reviews.
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
  • Attend supplier meetings and product reviews.
  • Assist in negotiating prices, lead times, and product specifications.

  • Work closely with Merchandising, Design, and Supply Chain teams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Management, Business, Retail, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
