We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a Childrens Residential Home in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Registered Manager in daily operations
- Lead staff, supervise performance, and promote best practice
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and care standards are consistently met

Education & Experience
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services
- Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or willingness to work towards)
- Minimum 2 years in a senior/team leader role in a Childrens Home
- Strong knowledge of residential care, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
