Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Experienced in leading supported living services, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding standards, and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, including staff recruitment and development, rota management, performance oversight, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage service growth and development, build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and stakeholders, while overseeing referrals, occupancy, and expansion of services.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

  • Proven experience in a Registered Manager position within adult social care services.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
